Stephen & Lisa Burkholder pride themselves in being good-hearted people, who love to give back to those that need it more. This philosophy is stressed to their four children every day.  Based upon this ideal, they have created “Burky’s Believe Foundation”.   The word “Believe” has been a powerful word in the Burkholder Family since 2017, when Steve’s Company, S&R Enterprises, LLC was struggling financially due to several projects that were unlawfully withholding monies from the company.  On December 17th, Steve found a “Believe Bell”, similar to the one in the Christmas Movie “Polar Express”, while cleaning out their children’s playroom.  Steve started carrying the “Believe Bell” in his pocket and as he jingled down the street, much to the chagrin of his children, things turned around for S&R within 2 weeks.  From that day forward Steve has used the word “Believe” as a powerful moniker to inspire his Family, Friends, and Colleagues.

“Burky’s Believe Foundation” has been created to support those Families and other Foundations & charities that are aligned to the beliefs of the Burkholder Family.  From Veterans of this GREAT countries Armed Forces, to families having children fight horrible diseases, to those that experience the horrible loss of a child, BBF wants to help take the pain away.  BBF looks forward to creating opportunities for giving by creating partnering opportunities in the community through events like our Country Concert, Golf Tournaments and Casino Nights, among other fun-filled events.
